Program Integrator - Level 3

OPS Consulting is seeking a qualified Program Integrator - Level 3 to provide acquisition and program integration support on functions of project and business management; advise and assist government in planning and executing acquisition activities to support EIS major strategic initiatives across the EIS program; and to assist in defining and implementing schedule software (i.e., MS Project, JIRA) management processes and procedures.

 Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
  • In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
  • Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

  • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
