OPS Consulting is seeking qualified candidates that are looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract and the majority of the work is rotating shifts in 90-day cycles. Candidates must be willing to work shift work and work in the Augusta, GA area.
Description: The Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management.
Required Experience: Personnel in this category shall have five (5) or more years of operational experience directly related to real-time time sensitive collection and/or reporting in support of military operations, within the last seven (7) years, with DoD Client and/or another Intelligence Agency or DoD/military component. Experience and/or current certification as an on-shift Mission Manager is required.
Clearance: A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
