Database Administrator 2
Annapolis Junction, MDOPS Consulting is seeking an experienced Database Administrator 2 to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Required Experience:
- Maintain the integrity, security, and availability of multiple databases to include: disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data.
- Administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend available database management system (DBMS) products.
- Perform database and software life- cycle activities to ensure highest level of system performance with compliance of business requirements.
- Perform Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase Batabase and Application server administration.
- Organize and format data for efficient query and storage processes.
- Ten (10) years of experience as a DBA.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Four (4) years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Security Clearance:
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
